hmm i dont see how this can be made seeing as no1 really has any idea as to %, and why does a higher taliced weapon seem to want to break rather then anything else? in my experience it's wipes that are more common.. but it's a good guess but i would say level of player is a non-factor in upgrading and higher level weapons are much harder to upgrade - harder then the % here show, 33% going for 55 int +2? no chance.
