To all RFph User This Item.edf is useless if you dont have the bypasser.....

you just need to stop your rf from updating... you could rename your rf.exe to nopatch_rf.exe to stop it from updating.

this is a cm version of item.edf (unupdated). if you like you could post your current item.edf and i'll edit it for you to have zero delay pots.

In that case i am a leecher too

BTW did anyone noticed that if you are using this file you can combine Excelsiors at 100% success rate?(for me it was 10/10) But if you combie A ...you get Ex with B description, B->C, so far i dont try C. So you must then reload with original file to see right EX.
PS: sry for my bad eng

@hormon i don't think so, because i still can failed when combine excel
for combining i think we need to modify ItemCombine.edf CMIIW
if anyone have 100% chance to combine n upgrade please share with us
