3) Again, the fact that the bot is running around is usually because something is interupting it's process... make sure you don't have any other programs conflicting with it's process (screensavers, etc.). The fact that it might be "sitting down" randomly is, again, because you probably have the "Sitting Down" command in one of the slots that the bot uses...

You edit note confirms the fact that the Attack delay is too low (you probably changed it to something lower thinking that this would kill more mobs for you faster, but that's a common mistake). Turn it back to default (i.e. 8000) and everything should be fine.

but the default attack is 8000 i have no touched any of the default timer settings. just the settings that say enabling chipping looting attack skilling etc...

#3 to the sitting... theres no command in the sitting thing

#1 i have F1 as attack F2 as loot

#1 the bot looted 3 mobs last night then gaveup ran around killing more monsters forgetting abt the loot i guess the bot doesn't like the loot

I have considered this - although, I would never run without it. If the main bot-trap detection script failed for any reason... you would sit on one bot-trap just pressing the attack button every few seconds indefinately... or until a GM disconnects you. Sometimes the bot will hickup and pressing some of the F keys will actually TAB and re-target during battle. I have fixed that issue but it still occours very rarely on some computers. I will work on making it optional in the next release of the bot. Have no worries though... I am working on time based script instead of delay based. This will allow you more flexibility with the delay timers so you can use more items and attack skills while being enguaged in battle. The bot's battle system will be more ballanced as well.

Make sure the top of the Rappelz window is in a viewable state... IE, not off the top of the screen

Make sure the mouse pointer is nowhere near the player and pet status boxes and the target box... the tooltip box will block the pixels the bot reads and will confuse the bot.

The bot reads just as you and I do... If something it reads is blocked... then it can't see it... if it can't see it, then it will act stupid.

but..i think in katar ..the land with the skelletons....there are no bot traps anyway..so..i dont need that. ^^

I want a level 100+ pet so I can PL myself with it... I was thinking of settling with a 80+ pet. I am going to sell or trade the Angel Card though. I have seen the angel cards selling for 40-50M and I have also seen a level 80 +10 pet for 39M in the auction house. I think based on its rarity that would be a fair offer.

Ja das die Kamera sich dreht das verstehe ich ja auch, aber am anfang hat der sich auch bewegt, was jetzt nicht funktioniert. Soweit ich weis gabs auch zur zeit kein update das es nicht mehr funktionieren sollte, deshalb verstehe ich das nicht ganz.

Heist das jetzt für mich ich sollte mein char irgendwo hinstellen wo es viele Mobs gibt und die da spawn?

Ich finde das Forum hier echt nice alle freundlich und geben auch schnell eine Antwort und zudem ist es multilengual.

@loch: Also bei mir hat sich der Bot nie bewegt, abgesehen vom auf-Mobs-zu-laufen. Ich glaube das sollte er auch nie tun. Bist du sicher dass er sich früher bewegt hat?

Hmm about the moving around or auto running, can you implement a "rail" or "boundary" system? Something that the user can setup and the program will use? An option to save the rail or boundary as well?

This is actually one of the reasons why JT hasn't implemented such a feature just yet, because, in JT's words, the bot would be "flying blind"... it could and would go anywhere, without limits. If you can think of a way specifically for Rappelz to achieve such a limit, it would help in the development of such a feature.

ja da bin ich mir sehr sicher ich hatte noch das problem das eher dann selber zu sehr starken mobs gelaufen ist der hatte immer ein klick auf den linken oberen rand gemacht da bin ich mehr sehr sicher und dann plötzlich ging es auf einmal bei mir nicht ich dachte ich habe was gedrückt oder so weis ich selber nicht hmmz?! keine ahnung aber er hate sich bewegt

ich hab mal nen vorschlag:
könnte man das nicht so machen das wenn der bot ein bot trap entdeckt nicht sofort die kamera dreht sondern das er dann nochmal tab drückt und dann angreift falls es ein gegner ist.
und wenn er beim zweitenmal tab nichs findet kann er ja immer noch die kamera drehen

@jtremblay: Very good work. The new Bot (v.11 e4) works great. The new ability with the chips is very useful, so my Char dies not so easy^^
