PvP System Update

• The PvP damage system has been updated.
• PvP damage rates are no longer controlled by a single fixed value.
• Damage is now adjusted separately based on attack type.
• Basic attacks, physical skills, magic damage, and state / DoT damage can now be balanced independently.
• The same system also applies to summon / pet damage.

With this change:

• Basic attacks remain effective without becoming useless
• Skill damage is now more controlled
• Magic and state damage can be suppressed separately
• PvE balance remains untouched while only PvP is adjusted
