Yea , we have some problems with launcher [ only Russian's players can launch game by this ] ...
PS.
U have to create .bat file launcher , here is the server ip :

I tried to play but the lvl-up helper doesn't want to play .... I also tried to tell the admin (by Skype) he gives me LEX client to download it .... But still the same problem

A lot of empty string ( specially in the looters shop)
And all the NPC list is empty

Before, Download :
Launcher
Resource-Folder
SFrame.exe
from our Website and all will work GOOD ...

1) Create new text file
2) Open It
3) Paste it :
@echo off
cd /d "\SFrame\Bin32"
start /high SFrame.exe /auth_ip:88.198.17.4 /locale:ASCII /country:US /cash /commercial_shop
4) Save as : Launcher.bat in your Rappelz-Folder
5) Open It
6) Play and Have Fun
