If you even followed what I was saying earlier then you'd have no problems.. If you got a problem just start from scratch. Remove the portal & reinstall it.

And yes it creates an empty folder where it's going to download the Resource files when it starts checking for updates.

Same thing here, it downloads an empty resource file.

When I select to start the game it states "checking for updates" then it says "Done, enjoy your game".

Yet the resource folder is still empty and the UI looks like it is just running off of the data.*** files.

No quest selection choices or anything.

Not really upset over it, I just can't play the server like that.

^ Fixed. Delete the Resources folder when it's empty.

I haven't chewed myself through the automated Premium system yet. The premiums right now are forced to wait till our sleeping beauty, Drow, wakes up after his mindless hours of pre-launch work.

I hope this doesn't displease anyone.

1. download portal
2. register and login (in the portal)
3. download client
4. copy the contents from " C:\Program Files\The Otherworld Studios\The Portal\reborn " TO " C:\Program Files\The Otherworld Studios\The Portal "
5. launch game from portal
6. wait for it to install updates one final time

and you're good to go... hope this helps

Can you guys upload the client elsewhere because i try download it through the portal setup and it always stop downloading and i cant resume it.

It downloads it just bugs out, its done when reborn.rar is 2,2.
