Not R6S but Battleye. And yes, we got a cleaner within our spoofer to find/delete such tracking files.
That's part of the hwid ban bypass our spoofer provides

I mainly use this spoofer for R6. I’ve never been detected for the spoofer in R6 and it has worked very well. I test cheats on cracked accounts with Shell’s Spoofer and it has always kept my default HWID protected.
