No response from support... asked about a refund due to nothing stated about mouse inverted until after you buy it and have to go to the FAQ.. Support said to send them what guns I use and they will fix it but it's been a couple weeks and no response.

By far so slowest support. Waiting for hours without any help. And still waiting. I used it back in 2019 and now the keys dont work anymore for me. Dont know if they went rogue in these 3 years to start scamming people. If thats not the case get you **** support in check.

it does work but your supposed to use something called universal in the file you get there is no instruction on how to get this and no auto detections its a good program tho.

i would just like more information on how to figure out how to use the universal macros or what to use on the diffrent ops as i dont have to do it myself and figure it out on my own but else than that great program
