well I know why it does not work, the Opcode has changed. Since they are using old server files and new game filees. Opcodes dont match, causes lots of bugs like that.

No, they do work, but GM made them wrong, for example on skill description it says 'Decreasing Physical defense', and down, the numbers it says 'Decreasing parry ratio by 73', and when you cast it, it really does decrease parry ratio, but it's supposed to decrease defense lol.

chinese guy always spam global and ask gm to edit that skill, so we just wait and see
