[Help]Fortress buildings upgrade time

Does anyone know where exactly I can remove those 7 days delay for upgrading fortress gates/towers/heart?

why would you remove that
its there by a reason
if you remove it nobody will be able to get fw after 1st fw cz it will have huge hp and rest of things on it

I changed all in Shard Tabs didnt find anything what contain time
