there are plenty of autoenter tools.

there are also some complete autologins for ecsro, they should work, too.

Here's one I was using back in time when I was playing SjSro.
Simple AutoIT script, press F10 to start, F9 to pause, F7 to close it.

This is a basic auto-enter, source code included:

Global $Paused
HotKeySet("{F9}", "Pause")
HotKeySet("{F7}", "Close")
HotKeySet("{F10}", "Start")


While 1
    Sleep(100)
WEnd

    $Paused = NOT $Paused
