They transferred their database to a new server so you have to wait for them to make a new registration page. There are no new ones right now just wait till they make a new one. Next time read all the other threads before you make a new one. Only if you don't find the answer then make a new one. 99.9% of the time your question is already answered by someone. Thanks.
