Nova question

Well i got a question about this nova stuff. So where to get them from? Drop in Alex? i heared i can win them in this forgotten world thing. If thats true, could anyone explain me how this work? I used SUFU but didnt find something like a "niva guide"...would be nice if anyone got help me.

nova is a drop "Seal of Nova" can be droped from mobs above 100 lv and aroung alexandria

i drop one bow nova in FGTW.
