Strange because i do not have any lags. All work fine with me.

It's a good, well done server, people just have to play and stay with it. The problem is nobody sticks around to do anything, they join, dont see anyone else in 5 miniutes and dont come back. If you play, just keep with it until the server becomes well populated.
