i dont know man but the rate are just like the real server no point on playing this server make exp like 50x or so

The point of a private server is to bring a unique experience whether that mean higher rates, better material or even bringing back something that the original company discontinued. The rates may be low but many people did like this game, while it's not high because most people want a simple way out. It will continue like this until development has said otherwise or the community wishes it so.

download the client and installed it without any problem but I can't connect to the server says incorrect user name or password but I can login to website

You need to add the game to your account. Login to the website, click on My Account and Activate Game Account. Add the game(s) you want and you should be able to login.
