Shaiya Private-Server

Hey all =]
I'm already on this forum for long time i do read allot but dont write allot :P.

I really want to make my own Shaiya server / test server.
I followed tutorials and also the ones on youtube but i cnt get it working...
Is there maybe some1 that can make me one so that all i have to do is change the IP or something?? or something else.. i tried it like 20 times but i cant get it working.

Ye this one i followed.
But it doesnt work... thats why i ask for this.
I tried the this one and the ones on youtube.com..
isnt there a possibility some1 can make me a server???
