I was thinking about this a lot latly. I don't know how true this is, but I heard the change of getting a soc while using a met tear is 9%. And you can make 19 met tears at once. So that 171% chance of getting a soc if thats true. o.0 Anyone want to test?

something like this has been posted before, i think if you leave your met and your ( going to socket) item in the tc artisan and wait untill maintenance without loggin out... estimate when it will be over and try to keep logging on like 3 mins earlier... I think there is a chance you may get a socket.. not really sure. I maybe wrong, what do you say mods?

turn on COPAC and log teh packet when you're getting a socket. then resend the packet and make as many sockets as mets in your inventory :p

You can get a socket even when it fails, I assure you.

yup. I am going to do that to my ring after school too. I have a bow that i did it to, got lucky cause it only took 4, but yes it works.

Ok, later im making a makro to spam mets on that ring over night, since it's already the highest lvl it can be I will only need one met.
If it doesn't work... I can't describe what I'm gonna do to you.

No, you shouldn't spam your lvl 110 ring with mets. It won't even let you try. Once the item has reached its max upgraded level, you can no longer spam mets into that item as far as I know. I've tried it before, and it does not work.
