Bewerbung zum Moderator für die Browsergames Sektion

Einführung:

Mein Name ist Ricky und bin 17 Jahre alt. Ich bin täglich auf elitepvpers unterwegs und reporte soviel es mir möglich ist.
Durch die aktuelle Situation in der Browsergames Sektion, möchte ich mich wieder als Moderator bewerben, da Arby mir mitgeteilt hat, er benötige Hilfe und würde sich darüber freuen, wenn ich ihn unterstützen könnte.

Warum ich:

Ich bin nun seit 2 Jahren aktiv auf elitepvpers unterwegs und habe seitdem viel über das Forum erfahren. Ich habe in der Zeit viel Erfahrung sammeln können und weiß mich zu beherrschen.
Durch meine Reports, sowie deren Anzahl erkennt man, wie gut ich mich wirklich mit dem Forum und dessen Regeln auskenne und weiß, was ein Regelverstoß ist und wie man mit ihm umgeht.
Zu meiner Person selbst, bin ich ruhig und lasse mich nicht leicht aufregen.

Durch meine Kenntnisse in der Programmierung, weiß ich schnell Malware zu erkennen.

Moderative Erfahrung:

In einem Forum hatte ich noch nicht die Ehre, mich moderativ zu engagieren, aber ich habe für kurze Zeit ein Privatserver Projekt geleitet, mit 3 Freunden. Ich kann gut ihm Team arbeiten und da ich Arby schon seit meiner elitepvpers Zeit kenne, denke ich wird es keine Probleme in der Sektion bezüglich Entscheidungen geben. Dazu verstehe ich mich mit den meisten Moderatoren relativ gut, da ich großteils mit ihnen schon im Teamspeak von elitepvpers geredet und auch mal was gespielt habe.

Sprache:

Meine Muttersprache ist Deutsch und ich beherrsche sie fließend. Englisch spreche ich auch ziemlich gut. Schreiben ist für mich kein Problem und bis jetzt hat sich auch niemand beschwert, dass mein Englisch schlecht sei, wenn ich geredet habe.

Application as moderator for the browsergames section

Introduction:

My name is Ricky and I'm 17 years old. I browse elitepvpers daily and I report as much as possible.
Due to the current situation in the browsergames section, I've reopened my application to apply again, because Arby told me he would like some german help and I would be glad if I could help him out.

Why me:

I've been active on elitepvpers for two years now and I learned a lot of things about the board. I've been collecting a lot of experience and learnt how to control myself.
Due to my reports, you can see how much I know about the board, the rules and how to handle them accordingly.
About me, I'm a very calm person and I never get angry very fast.

Moderative Experience:

I've never been moderating in a forum, but I had a little private server project, which I have lead with 3 friends. I'm good in working with a team and because I know Arby since I've been here, I guess there wouldn't be any problems with decisions. Also I'm getting along well with the majority of the moderators team, because I've been talking with them on the elitepvpers Teamspeak server or I played with them in some games.

Language:

My mother tongue is German and I'm speaking it fluently. I'm quite good in English as well. Writing isn't a problem for and nobody complained about me, when I was talking english with them.

Ich weiß nicht, was ihr immer mit der Länge habt, Qualität statt Quantität, Leute. Zu deiner Bewerbung, ich denke nicht, dass es in der Sektion wirklich notwendig ist Kenntnisse in Browsergames zu haben, da es hier einfach eine zu große Spanne gibt - Hier sollte es lediglich um deine Reife, dein Benehmen sowie deine Fähigkeiten als möglicher Moderator gehen.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob du diese hast und wenn du sie eventuell besitzt, wie reif du dich auf Dauer verhalten würdest - Ich habe deinen Namen irgendwie schlecht in Erinnerung, ich weiß nur nicht mehr weshalb.

Ich kenne dich etwas näher und muss sagen, dass du ein äußerst Netter User bist.
Codingtechnisch hast du auch so einiges drauf, wie ich schon feststellen konnte. :d

Die Bewerbung finde ich nicht zu kurz und nicht zulang, zudem ist alles wichtige aufgeführt und die Schrift gefällt mir auch sehr gut. ;)
Dein Verhalten ist sogut wie immer erwachsen - zu deinem Strafregister kann ich nichts sagen.

Well, first of all, it would be good if you could translate your mod application in English too since you are able to do so in order to help other users understand what you wrote in your application. Google translator isn't really that good.

Secondly, I have seen how you progressed over the months (maybe years) and I can understand that you have put a lot of effort here in epvp especially the last couple of months. You do also assist other users when you can and furthermore you give a hand to the mods with your reports.

However, I have also seen that sometimes your behavior towards other members is childish, something which can't be tolerated if you want to become a mod. In addition, you used to write a lot of unnecessary posts. Moreover, the fact that you removed almost all your "thanks" that you have given to the other members makes me think that you have given them in the first place because you were expecting "something" in return... what was really annoying to me was the fact that you gave your thanks to a lot of "potentially upcoming" guardians and then afterwards removed it, something which is totally unforgivable in my opinion especially now that you want to become a moderator.

All in all, before I decide whether you are capable of becoming a moderator I would like to hear what you have to say about all that so I can form a solid opinion.

To the guardian thanks. You should know, that a thanks on a application does not affect in the decision of John.

I've "grown up" in elitepvpers and I am not as childish as before.
Sometimes I make some fun posts, but not often, because I don't want to ruin the impression.

For the childish part I can't say anything. I need a example, because I can't remember one atm.

I said that sometimes your general behavior is/was kinda childish... I don't have the time to search your previous posts right know to give you an example. [Edit: I just remembered how you behaved in skype sometimes and I still have the logs so I'm pretty sure that you didn't behave like you should have before too].

I just want to ask you one more thing: You were once an ug member and you were kicked out. The reason that that happened was because you were accused by the leader (not the current one) that you were a scammer. What do you have to say about that?

He was a bit angry on me, but I don't know why. And he got fake proofs, if I remember right.
He already apologized and said, he want that I come back in UG.

Versuchs aber erstmal als Guardian. Du musst aber bedenken, dass vor kurzen erst ein Mod in derselben Sektion geadded wurde.

Wie gesagt. Ich habe elitepvpers nicht so ernst genommen wie heute.
Und Karim ist inaktiv. Deswegen wurde seine Mod Bewerbung geschlossen.
Ich denke, dass er auch wegen dem Alter nicht angenommen wurde.

Aber das sind nur Vermutungen.

Er hilft wo er nur kann, deckt bei dubiousen Programmen Malware auf und ist
ein sehr netter Kontakt für Gespräche. :)

So wie ich dich kennenlernen durfte bist du eigentlich eine ganz nette Person, doch ob du für den Posten geeignet wärst... Nunja, es gab schon so einige Posts deinerseits, die einfach ein No-Go waren und wie du ja bereits eingesehen hast, hast du dich öfters komplett falsch verhalten. Aufjedenfall hat jeder eine zweite Chance verdient, doch mit dem Moderieren solltest du eventuell noch etwas abwarten. Viel Glück!

Ok, so after communicating with him the only thing I've got to say to you is that you are not trustworthy enough, in my opinion, to become a moderator, and please don't ask for clarification because that will only cause you (and perhaps him too) trouble. My answer is a strict NO.

A big yes from me. Requi seems to be a very helpful user, never arguing and always active. He even helped me with my signature! Good luck.

Requi is very helpful in the darkorbit section and I feel that he will be a perfect moderator. ;)

Ich habe Requi auch nett kennen gelernt hat auch immer schön brav auf fragen geantwortet und kam mir nie genervt rüber, es war so als würde es ihm gefallen, mal gefragt zu werden wenn man mal was nicht so schnell versteht, deswegen von mir ...

Nun, zunächst einmal muss auch ich einigen der Kommentare zustimmen, die bislang gepostet wurden. Zum großen Teil trittst du als freundlich und hilfreich in Erscheinung. Auf der anderen Seite gibt es da eine Sache, die mich stört. Soweit ich weiß hast du dich nun mehrere Male als Guardian beworben, jedesmal (bislang) ohne Erfolg. Scheinbar nicht ohne Grund. Auf deinem Profil lässt sich außerdem folgende Unterhaltung finden.

So sehr ich es dir persönlich auch gönnen würde, bin ich strikt dagegen, einen Moderatoren einzustellen, der mit gewisser Beständigkeit Regeln bricht. Selbstverständlich sind das Aspekte, die vergangen sind, und jeder Mensch ändert sich kurz- oder langfristig ohnehin. Sofern sich das in Zukunft bessert, sodass du wirklich mehrere Monate ohne Warning und/oder Infraction auskommst (was nun wirklich nicht schwer sein sollte, denn viele der Regeln sind etwas, das ich dem "common sense" zuordnen würde), würde ich sagen, dass du für den Posten geeignet wärst.

TL;DR: Meiner Meinung nach fehlt es dir noch etwas an Reife. Bevor du dafür sorgen kannst, dass die Regeln eingehalten werden, solltest du sie selbst kennen.
