In a certain article, they said the design wasn't ready yet, that's why. They also, probably want to keep the secret until the E3 in June.

Well, I am glad to see this, and the time this was posted against the time of your post. I hadn't read that specific article at the time, would just love to see this released from them and not EuroGamer, but I do hope this is true.

Watch Dogs its not a PS4-exclusive game plus the demo shown on the conference was running on a computer. On the PS4 it won't look like that.

ps4 is using gddr5 8gb memory and i bet the memory of ps4 is superior memory against pc, it uses gddr5 just like a videocard and the processor of the ps4 is using Advance 8core Processor (more or less equal to bulldozer architecture) Jaguar i think
