You must have VPS or DEDICATED SERVER if want static IP ADDRESS, TO RUN SERVER you need RUN ACC SERVER, NPC SERVER AND MSG SERVER, database and knowledge. You can download all server files at here....

your friend must have hamachi then join your room, at oem.dat friends client put your hamachi ip. Make sure all server config files must set HAMACHI ip.
