How many PK points you have? You have to die untill u reach 0.
You loose 200 points when u get killed by someone and 600 points when u die in town because of murder status.

You grind for elixirs by killing mobs in Jupiter Temple coz it's 120 cap :rtfm: And you can get some if you do trades aswell.
