It is dead, idk what some people see. But considering how old the server is, it's normal. Logged back after a year for this "upcoming" 140 update to see if the server can perhaps revive. I do agree...

Only way to go Force (recovery) is to be full force nuker, debuffs are relatively useless anyway in the newer versions since there are those new pills mixed of uni + puri pills with few sec cd.
