Ok well I though I would release the basic NPCDialog and how to make an npc with the entry in NPC.txt so here

Ok so every npc will start of with a #Region npcname and were it says npcname...

Easy fix,

Goto Character.cs and find

foreach (Skill S in Skills.Values)
