If you want to earn quick xp in Pokemon GO you should use the friend bonus. For each friend which you add and where you reach the friend level 1 (by sending him a present) you receive 1500 xp and with lucky egg even 3000 xp.

Another plus is the items you can receive by friends daily and you can have 200 friends but there is a present limit of 20 each day.

I would like to exchange some present with you every day.
