Fixed the window not responding errors and the laggs.

When ANTI AFK Shiny is selected it will stay AFK for you without getting kicked to catch the Shiny yourself.
When Catch Shiny is selected it catches the Shiny itself, unless its in an horde then it will ANTI AFK Shiny anyway.
When none of the both options is checked, it won't check for Shinies and skip them!

yes in pokeone the ban rate is really low, from our community i have not seen a single ban in pokeone.
