0.8.3

This is a hotfix release which contains fixes for inventory errors and sniping errors.

It appears pokewatchers and pokezz are having problems at the moment, but pokesnipers is working fine. We've defaulted the ones not working to FALSE at the moment.

gestern lief es bei mit von ca 18 uhr bis heute früh 6 uhr. habe den dann erstmal ausgemacht. heute früh gegen 8 nochmal gestartet und dannach fing er an und sagt keine pokestops finde ich echt komisch.

Also jetzt ging das snipen wieder, aber es kann sein das ein paar sachen noch fehlen aber mit dem pogolocationfeeder 0.1.6 funktioniert es zumindest jetzt so bei mir
