Hi, don't worry about that, i can be rude but only with these sort of guys who are reselling my software in my back, creating multiple accounts, etc
I don't really manage the support, i have a guy for that and he's ready to help you if you need help (just create a new thread in the support section, you can check the box "private" to set the thread as private, that way only me and my moderator will see the thread, otherwise it's public by default).
Anyway, give it a try and you won't regret!
