could be the firewall on your 2nd machine..

1- try disabling the firewall or opening TCP port 1723

2- try changing the IP range in step 19 to (***.***.***.65 ~ ***.***.***.80)

since this requires a 2nd monitor/pc, can i use my IPad as a 2nd monitor?

yeah get creative with it, a lot of people are using it on their tablet. should work

It could work, I'm using my iphone as my second monitor. Download XDisplay on your ipad/iphone. Then download Splashtop Wired XDisplay Agent for your pc. After that connect your phone with your latop using cable and voila! You get yr 2nd monitor

I'd think it'd work fine if you run a virtual box. the file itself is a .exe and my friend couldn't seem too get the program running on his mac and currently having the issue "the network connection between your computer and the VPN server was interrupted. this can be caused by a problem in the VPN transmission...."

even using his windows PC and trying a VM it doesn't seem to work, bridging the wired network connection with 3d acceleration on. Had to run it on his own PC to work

been working on it for 6 months now and I don't plan on leaving any time soon
