i was just by luck solved the problem and now i konw how to make it work, so if any one who hasnt figure it out just ask and list how you did it and i will teach you how to unpack it

By the way what program did you guys use to edit it?, cause it can also be used to make other animations cooler especially like weapons
ps i know it only works on client side but i think it would be awesome to change a lvl 2 sword to be like a lvl 100 shiny axe? it would be awesome haha

Ran the patch and the fix. The patch seems to work fine on the title screen. In game, the character model is invisible unless wearing equipment. Any ideas?

try to put the model.pck in the same file as the update file then click the run update

On the ms server, it does not work without the fixpatch.
"Can anyone tell me what this fixpatch doing?
Or can the creator of the fixpatch please make one fixpatch for other pck files? Because of these existing works only for modelspck.
Seeking a fixpatch for surface.pck and gfx.pck.
