NosTayle is a NosTale private server (the server can support some different languages).

No, but normally in 4/5 months, you can play on NosTayle in a beta server with:
act 1/2/3, sp1/2/3/4 (and secondary sp), all raids present in act 1/2/3, talent arena, etc...
