Ich fänds cool wenn das mal so werden würde wie Metin2 also das jemand die Serverfiles veröffentlicht und dann alle nen Pserver machen ^^ wäre doch cool endlich Nostale P-Server bin auf echten nos 70 und es macht nicht so richtigen spaß weil alle sich taler kaufen und dann verkaufen !!!! wie gesagt free2play but pay 2 win !!!

Und die Programmierung eines eigenen Servers ist nicht illegal. Solang alles komplett selbst geschrieben wird und der Client nicht manipuliert.

I have been very active on NxS side, I wrote my own packet sender / logger,
and decrxpted NxS data files (items list, localizations, etc).

I'm asking you a couple of things and submit an idea:

Why NxS programmers are so not caring of users password, so they store password in clear in the DB? So the GM can know user password... very bad!

even more easy id using a server side framework like the cross-platform network oriented NODEJS.

Los.Wenn dass kommt , nach 5 Sekunden verschwindet es und nix passiert.

i dont know what "NxS" is, but if you talking about this explorer server:
It's just a explorer server for themselfes. There's no reason to register 'real' accounts with real passwords at the moment. Or make the server accessable for other people, to let them register.
Later (>if< there's a "later") there will be password hashing for sure.

Vermutlich niemals. Da Elektrochemie zu nichts verpflichtet ist. Und niemand sagte das daraus Überhaupt jemals ein "richtiger" Server wird.
Natürlich wäre es toll! Aber die Gameforge würde alles daran setzen den Server aus dem Verkehr zu ziehen d.h. der Server wäre nicht sehr lange Online!
