We've adjusted some things recently to make the early game progression faster.

However, it's totally assumed that you can't catch up to the top playing a few days, the server has been open since November 2021 and we've been releasing new grinding content (acts or custom features) since we are open.
Even tho we've brought catch-up mechanisms (easier stuff gathering, more gold income on farming, better rewarding achievements, casual friendly achievements...) on most big content updates, there is still a gap between "being able to casually" (which is reachable pretty easily) and reaching the top (which requires a lot of dedication).

We noticed archers having a hard time to reach satisfying damage numbers in PvE compared to other classes as well as being behind in PvP. To tackle this imbalance, we decided to tame the powerhouses of mage and swordsman a bit, and make some changes to the most prominent class specific tattoos and hopefully give some other specialists their time to shine.

More seriously, we have caught up to act 8, we're now working on custom features and bugfixes.

This summer has been kind of slow on updates because lots of people from the team took vacation. Don't forget we also work on the server on our free time, everyone in the team has work or school to attend to and we unfortunately cannot spend 40 hours a week on the server.

As you can see from this announcement, we still have some content planned that we've been working on lately, although yeah, you cannot expect us to release act 9 before official servers :

Hello! we are working on new PvP oriented updates in order to make PvP more accessible. These features however, take time to implement, we will give more information about these features as soon as possible

And why is that ? Catching up is not impossible, you just cannot expect to catch up with people that have been playing for almost 2 years in a few days.

With act 8 released, we have reached the last equipments, runes or shells that official has to provide for the moment, meaning investing time will eventually allow you to get everything you need without it being obsolete too fast.
