Working in Gameforge and works with Multiclients (unlimited amount). This thread is kind of outdated and the Bot got near perfect. For the pricing its about 10€ a Month.

The free version is probably just outdated.
It's really old. I believe it does have healing,
not sure though.
If you want an updated version you have to add him on Discord and buy it

Updated some info about the current state of the bot, features, contact info and plans.
NosNistro is no longer supported, Nostale - HK (Hongkong) will be supported soon.
Also added *censored* screenshots of the current bot window from v1.7.4.
I Also plan to update the free version soon (when i have more free time).
(Would be nice if a mod can update the thread title and remove the nosnistro part, thanks!)
