A packetlogger is not an administrator control panel. So no. There is a chance to find exploits, yes.

Hopefully not, otherwise the server software has not been developed very well

Just a simple logger so stahp to try it.
You need another Logger for that.

Made for packet parsing nothing else.

You can't it's impossible to do smth. with this on vendetta.
Vendetta is a clean source with no problems and you can't send any packets with this one.

here a little sugguestion:
let us add variables to use simple math functions , which could look like:
var1 = 1 (define the var somewhere)

mvi 0 0 0 var1+1
so that the var 1 is 2 after first send , 3 after 2nd send ..... this would be realy nice ,
