I just finished Pro Tuner on my Apex driver and got the Balboni... Took me only over 9000 TEs (or around 3 hours).

I personally use High Stakes, since you can use any car, it's short, and has a decent drop rate. In the 9000-ish TEs bot-ed with this thing, I ultra tuned 2 cars and got several other Ultras as well.

no chance of bodykits/spoilers.
It selects the Gold Card and collect the possible things, such as power-ups, Aftermarket parts, Skills mods, Performance parts.
