You can block reports if you mask profile for example.

Correct.
And if should be possible to register a Name with a Custom-Char with a Hack or Bug, you wont be able to login to this Driver, game will mostly crash or give out an Error entering a Driverprofile
Same happens, if you register a Name with more than 14 Chars
