it works 100% of the time if you follow the directions... just dont try to redeem multiple girfts at once as you may end up missing gifts

can't login to the main site so is impossible to use it 
edit: nevermind , seems it's works even if I'm not loggined it to the NFSW website. Just need to be in game. Thanks guys for sharing.

I can't click on the last "continue" after the advertisement, tried Firefox and chrome both the same.

Hello, I have created a Greasemonkey script that redeems all your '4-Win IP boost' automatically. This is a edited version Deathnetworks bookmarklet, with some alterations and fixes.
It seems that Riot might have blocked Deathnetworks' bookmarklet script due to fast repeated attempts. To get around this I altered the script to work with greasemonkey, and instead open a new window with status screen.

When i start the game i saw this feed that i have unopened gift available
