so with the car changer, we can make one car another car? as in i can make a lamborghini and change it into a b class car or?

Kind of , when you use the car changer hack what is going to happen is this-
all the cars in your garage will be changed to the car you have chosen BUT you are the only one who is going to see the car as what you changed it for and the car will perform like the car you chose.

could you provide a detailed guide?
so I'm trying to use the car changer, I hit enable and choose the car. My car doesn't increase speed or anything. Any specific guide I should know?

Dear Berkay, thank you for such a tool like nfsw multihack
i use it for the handling settings ... please, restore the posibility to set handling like 1.04 ... with this last version, i can set it only with 0.1 precision, and this is not good )
i have an f1, and it goes crazy at 1.05, and goes to slow at 0.99 .... the perfect balance is at 1.03 ... 1.04
Please, dont restrict this value at 0.1 ... allow 2 decimals kindly
