New Gold Dupe?

Buy orders. You might be on to something. Perhaps one player could set up a buy order on the TP for items and then do the invulnerability glitch while another player sells to them. It could also be canceling a buy order at the same time that another player attempts to sell their items to you. The person who sold their items still gets their gold for selling them while the other player keeps their gold.

Isnt the auction house fixed now? I mean the bug where ppl doesnt get gold when they are offline?

people on the forums mentioned that the dupe can be performed solo though so there should also be one that doesnt involve other people

I think it just got revealed!!!!
All day i have been stunblim upon this Chat Sausage and a linked item in the chat that crashes peoples clients. Well guys, i guess if you can f*** with this, you can do a chatcommand that sets a questturn in money to whatever you like, or as in the video discribed, turn in infinetely.

This was just a huge troll on /vg/ and he has the command typo'd anyway. Its AZStd not AZStr. 100% does not work, corrected the text he had in chat which was posted and does not trigger in anyway.

I did this all day in global with a sausage. Dont know what you mean with AZSTD?

So far I am narrowing the timing down to between .51 and .52 seconds. My macro software won't let me try intervals in between but those seem to be the limits in my situation.

I create a buy order.
Cancel the buy order.
Alt+F4
Boot up the game

It worked ONCE and I got the value of the buy order as coin. For my test it was 100g.
I've only got it to work with doing it manually. Macro hasn't succeeded yet.

EDIT: .51 just failed as well. Nothing changed. So idk if the time is going to be a consistent thing.

You used a buy order? That makes more sense. I couldn’t understand how sell orders would dupe your gold. I think it might also have something to do with the speed in which you put it up and then cancel. Try to post a buy order and then cancel as quickly as possible, I think that the reason it may dupe is that it’s basically giving you back the gold of your buy order twice.

i mean we have had more people say sell order canceling works for some reason but idk
at this point i feel like we are missing something since the original forum post had a guy figure it out in minutes and said it was ez

The command he was talking about was a troll about having quest turn ins spam completion from a command in chat to create gold. Not sausages.

from what I've been able to put together. just like the sausage in chat phenomenon. the key to another gold exploit has to do with html scripts.

I dont think the timing matters. Must be a certain order of steps. i narrowed down a macro and mine is down to the millisecond. One side the buy order is not canceled and i recieve no gold. One millisecond longer and the order cancels while giving me the gold back.
