This is everything but serious.
They claim that they "never give ETA"
I don't know in what kind of world they actually live so they never give ETA to the customers community but a company who treats customers in this way doesn't even deserve our money and our time.
Period.

take it with my account age on this forum, i've been cheating in games for 10+yrs, mainly being a customer for low-level game cheats, and I have a lot of experience dealing with
devs, admins, owners, etc, and never have I had to deal with soemone so incompetent and ignorant as the person I talked to this time
