I can help, if I only knew what the value it changes to. I'm guessing it was -1 when not in pursuit and 1 when in pursuit? Since it is encrypted I am really not sure if that is the case though

The pursuit track ID is 2.
But as I have said it is encrypted with a XOR so you will not find it with exact value scanning.

Yes if you want to do this hack, you need to find the encrypted value and decrypt it.
