Hello people's I need some help at one private server.Someone its FLOODING MY SERVER with yang well have I can solve this problem?

See this picture:

well this yang it's LAGGING the server,how i can expect this "flooding method"?

you can took out the yang drop function or you can input in your client a timer that you just can drop yang every minute!
