LAG problems

Hy, without adding/removing files, quests, mobs, items etc my server get LAG at 50 + players in any map.
Useful informations:
- With the same VPS and SF I had 213 players online without problems
- 2048 Mb RAM
- Processor 1.92 GHz
- Serverfiles r34083
- FreeBSD 7.2
- In syserr I have the same error more than 2 months.
- Server get LAG about 7 days ago

How I can solve the problems?
