Marry Items Don't Work

Hello Guys, there are here any Quest's to solve the problem of marriage items.
Mine don't work in my serverfiles!

Well I use the items and nothing happens, for example, the necklace of love, gives u 40 Attack Damage, but in my serverfiles it doesn't works!

Which Serverfiles do you have?

look in you item_proto table, if there is a type18 by the items, you must edit the quest

The Items are all Type 16, but even if I put 18 I don't have the quest :/
