ACP(Admin Control Panel) -> Benutzer -> Benutzer Suchen -> Name eingeben -> Absenden -> Sperren (Benutzergruppe ändern, Schloss anklicken oder Vergleichbares).
Entbannen kann man in der Regel, indem man das oben genannte rückgängig macht.
