The limit is set to 40.
I almost always hide playercount etc because I don't see myself multipling the results to make people happy

Für die Leute die hier überlegen anzufangen, beim letzten Server von denen ist der SA 3 Stunden nach dem Serverstart pennen gegangen, die hatten keinen Anti Cheat es sind nur botter mit hidden rumgelaufen.

Es gingen wirklich alle möglichen Bugs die es seit 2008 in Metin gab die schon längst "ausgestorben" sind.

Der letzte Server war der lächerlichste Server in der Metin Geschichte.

Completely different server, that's why we started again. At least, whatever happens, we don't run away with your money, no police, no gf letters, but we are here and server is online and we work on it.

It is my mistake, as it should be called cheat detection system - it would be stupid to block cheats, because in the same day the cheat creators will make workaround and you'll have to block it again, they'll look again for possibility to make it work and the race continues. The only thing we can limit, is server side attack speed/sync (waithacks etc). Soo - it is possible to see cheater ingame - but we ban them asap.

Tonight's (04:00 CET) maintenance will include:

• Added ingame wikipedia (access through H key and new button near minimap)
• Reduced cooldown between leveling your pony (level 1-10) to 30m.
• Reduced metin stones spawn time:
  • Metin of Murder from 26m to 15m
  • Metin of Fall from 22m to 15m
  • Metin of Toughness from 25,5m to 15m
  • Metin of Shadow from 22min to 15m
  • Metin of Soul from 21min to 15m
  • Metin of Jealousy from 12m to 10m
  • Metin of Darkness from 11m to 10m
• Added Scroll Of Location to General Store
• Added additional Anti Exp ring to General Store (1 day 500k, 7 days 3kk)
• From now on, the anti exp ring from item shop is permanent.
• Extended shaman buffs duration (e.g. P level from 5 to 10m)

Overnight maintenance introduced the following changes:

• The Hero Event quest scroll now appears as blue and blinks.
• You can now retrieve items from the item shop storage using the right mouse button.
• Implemented new event calendar features:
  • You can now claim and start an event at any time you want (the item to start the event has a time limit as long as remaining event time).
  • Once you claim event, you'll receive special item to your itemshop storage.
  • Once you activate the event, you'll see an event icon with the remaining time on the top left side of your screen.
  • Event time is real-time, meaning time passes even when you are offline.
  • You can claim an event one time per account. (until next event)
  Reduced spawn time for all regular bosses from 2h to 1h.
  Replaced wrong Demon King summon scroll with proper one (available from fishing event).

Also, you'll notice that your quests load different, but this is intended change for security reasons
As of now, you can claim Hexagonal Chest drop today till midnight 00:00 CET, if (of course nothing broke) I'll update calendar asap!

How does it work?
Hunt Pirate Tanaka to collect your reward!
Pirate Tanaka's HP is 50. You can deal damage to him using a skill (10) or a normal attack (1).

After 15 minutes, all of them will run away!

Also:
28.05: Hexagonal Chest drop (claim ingame and start anytime you want)
30.05: Fishing Event (claim ingame and start anytime you want)

I've been playing on this server for a total of 378 minutes in two days -- yesterday and today.

I highly DO NOT recommend it, and in the next lines I'll tell you why. While the owners try to play that "original 2009 server" card, it has some systems that are nothing short of ridiculous.

Here is my summary of the most important parts:

* Player count?

In 378 minutes played on a Friday roughly between 5pm and 9pm, and Saturday between roughly 10:15 AM and 12:10 PM, playing in the blue kingdom and going on all channels... I have seen a grand total of... 0 players and 2 offline shops. I have asked in the chat if anyone is online and I've felt like trying to text my father who went to the store to get milk 15 years ago... complete silence.

* Bonus adders and changers?

Well, the server has a system where for every completed mission, you get some points called Yin. In the 380 minutes I've been online I made it to level 27 and finished ALMOST all missions up to that point. No AFK time. The result? I was able to purchase 1 adder, 1 changer, and have 3.876 Yin left. Most missions give under 500 Yin, so good luck purchasing 1 single adder that costs 17.520 Yin and 1 single changer costs 12.000 Yin.

This cannot be the only way to get bonuses, right?! That is correct. In the time I've played, I managed to get a few bonuses (like 4 adders and 6-7 changers) from boss chests -- Scrofa, Lykos, Tigris, Mahon, Goo-Pae, etc. BUT HERE IS WHERE IT GETS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

Yes, you can get bonus adders and changers without Yin. BUT! If you use those adders and changers -- the ones that were not purchased with Yin -- on your equipment, then your item becomes BASIC. What does that mean? You cannot trade it, drop it on the ground, or even place it in the storeroom. Basically, you can't use a BASIC item on another character on the same account (like, say, a farmer), which is absolutely nuts. A complete waste of time. Not to mention, the green changers can only be used on items up to level 20.

So it's like... you can barely get any bonuses... and when you DO get them, you have severe restrictions.

* What about events?

In the 2 days I've played, the server had two events. One was moonlight boxes, another was extra XP. This is also a bit of a ridiculous system. To get the event, you have to right click on its icon to claim it, then go to your itemshop storeroom to get the event in the form of an item, drag it in your inventory, then right click again to claim it. So far so good. BUT.

The moonlight event was still available for 5 hours when I went on the server. It turns out that each individual player can only activate the event for 2 hours. So you don't have a 5 or 12 hour event or whatever -- you have a 2 hour event which you can claim at any point within the 5 or 12 hours, and can use as long as the 2 hours don't exceed the deadline of the event.

* What about items?

For one, it's very hard to upgrade any equipment because there is no market of upgrade items. Good luck farming for everything yourself. Now what I found weird is that even level 30 weapons (at least the level 30 bow) require upgrade items. If I wanted to upgrade the level 30 bow to +5 I needed 2 esoteric primers. The rest, I don't know, because that's when I decided that all these... let's call them unwise systems were making the game more difficult that it needed to be.


All in all, I truly don't recommend this server. It has some nice systems, like getting a horse at level 20 instead of 25. And I THINK -- I'm not sure but I think -- that you don't have to level your horse. I think from regular it turns straight into armored horse.

I'm not sure though because the system is a bit odd. You get your horse medal to the stableboy and press on the mission. Then it gets your horse medal and tells you whether you succeeded or failed the mission. I don't know what happens if you succeed. All I can tell you is I've failed 4 or 5 times with a level 1 horse. Maybe it goes to level 2, maybe it goes to armored. I was not patient enough to find out, especially since you have to farm your horse medals and they have a regular drop.

• Horse Sugar is now tradeable.
• Horse Sugar def bonus (20) is now also applied when riding a mount.
• Def bonus for renaming a horse is now permanent.
• Now you can change your kingdom by talking to Uriel.
• The time for the new offline shop is now set to 30 days (previously 3 days).
• Basic items are now tradeable. (the ones refined with Green Strength)
• Green Strength and Green Magic can now be used on any item up to 30 level.
• Extended Green Strength and Green Magic bonus pool to the same values as regular changers.
• Fixed issue with double metin spawn event.
• Added message when trying to sell basic item to Saewin.
• Added Marriage category to the itemshop.
• Added more hairstyles to the itemshop.
• Removed Tincture of Kingdoms from itemshop.
• Fixed issue with costume preview not working on male warrior.

Even though our server is not as popular as we would like it to be, there are still active players on it, and it is managed by us. We warmly encourage you to join the game. You don't need to worry about us disappearing anytime soon.
After some recent reflections, we plan to introduce changes to the game soon that will make it easier to upgrade PvP equipment. After all, it's all about fun, not the hassle of making a PvP sword, which in Metin2 is already quite rare.
Also, we intend to make it easier for the early stages of the game.
