• The Pity Refinement System is set to be launched later in the next patches. To answer the most frequent questions, this System will be defined to work and support only specific parts of the game, but won't be added to end level equipment at all. AVOID

1) Turkish and Romanian players have a 40% discount on ALL item shop items.

This isn't only when you buy coins with cash, but also for every item shop purchase, which is a HUGE advantage for F2P to P2W players.

As an example, for a Buffi and Damage Push (Perm) package, a F2P player would need to farm:

International → 2593 DR → 520kkk
Turkey → 1429DR → 280kkk

I made a suggestion post and they replied that they are reworking the item shop and will improve the situation. However, players from these countries are already too far ahead due to this. →

Plus, they are now banning/blocking everyone who mentions it in Discord (give it a try). →

2) There was a bosshunter event for the last few days and today (last day of the event) they decided to change the package content and make them insanely better, benefiting everyone who hoarded them with 2-4x times the loot.

Not sure what their QA team is doing and who is coming up with these ideas. It was meant to be for the next time the event is active.

3) Insanely long wait for reply to tickets

4) Has been stable for the last week, but for the month before that there was lag and downtime daily.

5) Rude and snappy GMs. TGMs are fine tho.

While Turkish and Romanian players have certain discounts on certain untradeable items, you forgot to mention that buying those items leads to the account getting region locked, meaning they will never be able to login to their account from outside their country unless they pay full price.
Not to to mention that this is an industry standard vital for international projects.

You are not uncovering a great conspiracy here. I would urge you to uninstall Discord, since Turkish users have lower prices there, as well as Steam where Brazilians, for example, have up to 90 percent discount on certain products.

It is important for successful and big international projects to attract more than one player group.

Your argument can also easily be reversed if you are changing the perspective.

Now for whatever reason you feel like you have been threated unfairly and are threatening us with selling your equipment for real money or charging your payments back via your bank.

1) My issue is not that prices are lower when you are buying things with real cash. This makes sense - and as you said is done by Discord, Steam and a lot of other platforms - however, in your case, even F2P players are getting a huge advantage out of this. In Discord, you can't farm yang and buy the nitro sub as someone else at 60% the price, you have to pay for it - cheaper ofc.

Players from these regions can buy the DR vouchers with yang, not just real money.

I would understand it being:
Germany → 100 euros for 2700 DC
Turkey 50 euros for 2700

but it's not.

As for the region lock, don't make me laugh, anyone can use a VPN these days.

Lastly, I have never threatened to chargeback or sell my items. I actually said "I really don't want to sell yang, sell my accounts or do a chargeback through my bank as that makes you pay fees and hurts your reputation + the first two are unfair to other players.." when I asked for both of my accounts to get banned and my purchases refunded. Even if that doesn't happen, I am not planning to do any of these, as I have made clear I despise them.

2) Balancing drop rate during the last day of an event is certainly not normal procedure and a trip to your discord server would tell you that. As you had initially said, you were not planning to change anything this time around, but only when you re-released the event.

3) I have never messaged you about dungeon ticket refunds since getting a ticket 1 week later is not a huge deal, but ok. It has not been terrible for me, but its a common issue the community messages. I could find lots of examples on your discord server.

4) I am sure you are striving for perfection and that things can go wrong, however I felt that it should be mentioned since it lasted for a while and was quite frequent. Hopefully, it remains as it is now.

Most likely its just getting discount for themselfes for untradeable stuff. There currency is lets say 40% the value of €. So they just pay 40€ for untradeable Itemshop Items as costumes or rings, but not for other items - it basically has no influence on the market.

No influence on the market, but turks/ro's have an insane advantage in terms of farming yang for DR.

While others have to buy let's say 2500 Coins ingame for perm nontrade DMG package (about 500kkk) turks and romanians just have to buy 1500 Coins (300KKK) ingame, for the perm nontrade DMG package.

And it's not just the perm damage package, people ALWAYS buy Coins ingame, so it is a constant injustice for literally everybody that is not Ro/Tr.

True Turks/Ro's have a little advantage. BUT Turks and Ro's are the 2 biggest player groups in Metin. So it does make sense to give them this little advantage. I mean it is basically just an early game advantage so who cares?

They are blaming me for account selling due to a previous support ticket where I asked if it was possible to get banned and get my money back. Instead they just banned my account..

P.S. Last night, after posting here, I asked them to close the ticket and said "Nvm, just close my ticket and I will take the L", never threatened them about selling.

Clearly, if I wanted to sell my account, I would send them a support ticket about it!

I can certainly agree that I could have phrased it better. However, the ban came after I clarified what I meant to GA - Aries yesterday. My point was not that I would do any of the above if I didn't get my way.

idk how you think it doesnt affect the market you spend a lot of dr early game but you keep spending on other items like ring of underwold pet skin passes in long term every time you spend 10k dr a turk will spend only 6k dr its huge diff for a competetive game like metin 2 its makes huge diff even affects market how so ? turks will always buy dr cause its always worth to buy passes for them and the dmg push items = dr gets more expensive so market affected

If it was implemented properly it wouldnt be a problem, yea.
But its sadly not xd vouchers shouldnt be a thing xd

It should be limited to items for your own charakter and not for tickets for example.
