Why would someone be interested in your problem and still offer you help, when you might be responsible for this situation yourself because you used an insecure password?

They literally offer you a guard system called Rubinum Guard which you can activate through the website and it will ask you a new code -that is sent to your e-mail address- every time you try to login with a different IP or HWID. If you haven't used that, you have no right to complain here.

Like atleast use a safe passwort + maybe rubinum guard and youre safe as hell. xdd

I think they disabled this a few weeks ago. However they stated a week or so ago that they stopped supporting hacked accounts bc it's always the players fault, weither someone got a keylogger on their pc or they used old acc data. If the server was at fault, thousands would get hacked and not a few here and there.
Aries trying to help hacked users was a standout "feature" of rubinum, so it's kinda sad they stopped doing it, but i see how it's too much work bc many use the same data as they always do. But there's more important things to do on rb..

Indeed! I used to put a lot of effort and energy to help users in this regard.

We always highlighted and stated that an unique ID & Password should be mandatory, I highly advise to generate a password. Why? Because there are DBs leaks over the Metin2 Communities & Boards from servers that got closed, that's one of the main reasons everyone should have unique credentials everywhere, not only on Rubinum.

Also, one issue that I've encountered by helping certain users was that they sold their items/accounts to someone and after the "trade" was successful, they wrote me and asked me to help them because someone hacked them, while they just sold the account as whole.

Other situation was when someone just lent the account to a friend/partner and one day everything was gone.

Server läuft gerade 1a. Denke kaum das es sinvoll in irgend einer hinsicht wäre.

Ursprünglich diente dies einzig den zweck, Ekstasia bei ihrem 2. Start letztes Jahr in diesem Zeitraum abzufucken, da dieser Server sein erstes versagen auf den rubinums s2 start geschoben hat. Als dieses Datum dann verstrichen war, haben die einfach 2020 daraus gemacht ^^

sehr nicer server mittlerweile, macht echt sehr viel spaß zu spielen

Server an sich ist nice. Momentan aber kaum spielbar. Auf den Farmmaps jagen Highlvl Spieler Neulinge und PVM Chars, sodass man nach jedem kill erstmal beschäftigt ist neue Buffs zu suchen bevor man weiterfarmt. Schaut einfach mal auf Twitch, da streamen Leute wie sie PVM Chars auf den Farmmaps kloppen. 90% von den Leuten sind irgendwelche Türken die sich dafür feiern.

Daher kann ich den Server momentan an Neuanfänger nicht weiterempfehlen, obwohl der Server an sich ganz gut ist.

Spiele in letzter zeit auch viel weniger, da es einfach überhand genommen hat. So macht es leider echt keinen Spaß. Habe allerdings gehört, dass das Team sich etwas einfallen lassen will, um das Problem einzudämmen. Ich hoffe nur, dass sie diesmal länger dahinter stehen, als sie es mit der letzten pvp regel getan haben.

Wie du bereits sagtest, Server ist extrem nice. Aber community ist hier leider anders Schmutz.

Server an sich mega gut. Nur passt auf wenn ihr euer EQ verkauft um euch einen anderen Charakter zu machen dann können mal grundlose Banns entstehen weil es heißt das ihr yang handelt so wie bei einen meiner Chars.

Selbst als High Spieler ist es extrem nervig wenn man beim gemütlichen farmen einfach dauerhaft gekillt wird und sich jedesmal neu buffen muss, denn beim farmen ist man halt one hit mit pvm eq.
