yes, if you use it for half an hour at maximum speed, you will be banned. The system automatically bans when it reaches a certain number of fishing within a certain period of time. I don't know the exact numbers.You have to try and find it. Increasing of delay will reduce the risk of Ban.
There is no risk of ban if you open it at maximum speed for 10 minutes, but if it takes longer, your risk of ban increases because the system detects that you caught an impossible number of fish in a certain time.
