for starting maple twice i would assume you need to have a virtual system running (i forgot the name of the program but it makes a virtual machine on your pc) and then you might also need a bypass but i'm not sure about the bypass
google up something like "virtual pc" or "virtual machine" and it should tell you the program the setup can be a bit time consuming and annoying though
as for gm commands...no idea...i doubt any of them would work most if not all of them would be server sided and if you're looking for client sided ones e.g. running super fast etc then you can just edit your .wz files for that
